Like most people, I hate being/getting/feeling sick. Most likely because it doesn't happen all that often, but when it does, it really hits. This morning I woke up with a sore throat. Here's my intensive regimen to kick this in the ass, if you're interested.
7 am. 1000 mg Vit. C, salt gargle, green tea, lots of h2o
9 am. down a glass vial of echinacea purpurea (1000 mg)
10 am. 2 cold Fx, grapefruit seed extract in juice (silent killer)
11 am. 1000 mg Vit. C
noon-3. nap
3 pm. 1000 mg Vit. C, salt gargle, green tea, lots of h2o
3:30 pm. down another glass vial of echinacea purpurea (1000 mg)
4:00 pm. tea, silent killer in juice
4:30 pm oregano oil under the tongue
Also, I've avoided the sugar and the dairy all day, and the heavy foods. Mainly to give my body a chance to fight it off without using up a ton of energy on metabolizing sugar.
I put on a haramaki first thing, and next I am going to peroxide my ears. Maybe a shot of whiskey for good measure while I'm at it.
Let's see if this shit works.
