Halftone

While hanging with Ferdinand and Lindsay the other day (back in 2011), we got to goofing off with Halftone. Are you familiar with this app? It's pretty fun.

Our new fireplace (thanks Freddy)

This week, we enjoyed a cozy dinner by the light of our new fireplace. Not only does it give off a warm light, it also makes subtle crackling noises.

Freddy gifted it to us last week before moving back to Vancouver. He's one of the very first friends I made at OT school. The second I laid eyes on him, with his good haircut, nice shirt and full sleeves of tats, I knew we'd hit it off. Plus, his name was Ferdinand. (Yes, I am totally superficial.) He also had good shoes. All jokes aside though, Freddy, we'll miss you. We will also be thinking of you very often this winter.

Thankfully we still have Lindsay to entertain us for a couple of months.
