happy camper

We are headed on a camping trip for the week-end. Very much looking forward to breathing 3 days worth of fresh air, reading in a hammock, going on hikes, and jumping in the lake. On repeat.


Here are a few camping essentials:


First things first: a mini stove-top espresso machine. No matter what, I still need me some good coffee in the morning.



Filling, nutritious snacks.


Trusty headlamp that was once used for 3 months straight camping in the African bush.



Yes, they are Crocs. Sue me.

Summer wish list

I am looking to buy these, very soon, ideally right here in the Montreal if someone knows where they can be found? Sadly Canadian Tire does not have them.

The Scoop ball game. Played it all through elementary and middle school at recess, and it was very fun. Fast forward to today: ideally these would be in a bag packed for the park with fresh ciabatta, cheese, berries, booze, and a blanket. And some nice friends of course.
